Reporting Broken Links & Entry Corrections

Colloquy relies on its visitors/users to help ensure that its hyperlink directories are as accurate as possible.
To this end, Colloquy™ provides report forms (see right) by which visitors/users can easily inform Colloquy™ about any broken links and/or factual errors they find while browsing through Colloquy™.
When completing these report forms, visitors/users should be as specific as possible in describing the error they encountered while browsing Colloquy™. Absolutely no information provided to Colloquy™ through these forms will be used to send unsolicited email or be sold to a third party.
Once a broken link or factual error has been reported, Colloquy™ will investigate the report and update the affected entries accordingly. Still, this process is neither automatic nor instantaneous, and submitters of valid error reports (as judged by Colloquy™) should expect at least 12—24 hours to pass before updates are made.
Colloquy™ will not automatically contact visitors/users about any error reports they submit or any actions that Colloquy™ takes pursuant to such reports unless necessary (i.e., for clarification or verification purposes). Report submitters may, however, inquire directly to Colloquy about the status of their error reports. |
