III.  Privacy Policy

Colloquy™ does not automatically collect any personally identifiable information about its website’s visitors. We do, however, monitor the number of daily visitors to our site for advertising/sponsorship purposes.

Colloquy™ provides its visitors/users the opportunity to contribute to Colloquy’s directories via an online reporting system for broken links, factual errors, and entry requests. Completion of these reports requires visitors/users to provide their full name and e-mail address. However, except for clarification and/or verification purposes, absolutely no personal information provided to Colloquy™ via these reports will be used to send unsolicited email. Nor will such information be sold to a third party under any circumstances.

Colloquy™ also provides its visitors/users the opportunity to join the Colloquy Facebook Group. By joining this group, visitors/users must already be members of Facebook and agree to receive whatever content Colloquy™ provides through this group (i.e., “wall posts”, group messages, etc.) as well as whatever content Facebook itself provides through it (e.g., advertising, special notices, etc.). But Colloquy™ will not collect, use, or sell any personal information arising from membership in this group for any reason. For privacy issues and concerns related to membership in Facebook itself, please consult Facebook’s Privacy Policy.

Colloquy™ keeps all information related to its sponsors/advertisers strictly confidential and will not sell, trade, rent, share, or provide this information to any third-party for any reason without the express written consent of the sponsor/advertiser in question. We will disclose information we maintain as required by law, for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena. We also may disclose such information in response to a specific law enforcement agency's request.
